# Peyk Assist > Peyk Assist is a web accessibility product for organizations in Türkiye that fall under Presidential Circular (Genelge) 2025/10. It tests websites against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA success criteria, prepares a 41-item review checklist with optional AI suggestions, and produces reports in Turkish or English. Organizations use these reports as evidence for the automatic test and manual test stages of the İnceleme Raporu that the circular requires. It also adds an accessibility panel for site visitors. It runs as a cloud service or on the customer's own servers. Made by Peyk Siber Güvenlik Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Peyk Inc.). The site is Turkish first, with every page also in English. Each page has a Markdown version at the same address with `index.md` appended; the links below point to those. Facts on the Turkish home page were checked against the product source at release v0.0.1-rc.23. The regulation: - Genelge 2025/10 was published in the Resmî Gazete no. 32933 on 21 June 2025, under article 7 of Law 5378. It covers websites and mobile apps. - The deadline of 21 June 2026 has passed for public bodies, universities, municipalities and their companies, state economic enterprises, professional bodies with public status, banks, private hospitals, licensed private schools, passenger transport companies, A-group travel agencies and telecom operators with more than 200,000 subscribers. - E-commerce service providers under Law 6563 have until 21 June 2027. - The standard is the Kontrol Listesi – A Seviyesi of the Ministry of Family and Social Services: 126 questions over the WCAG 2.2 Level A criteria. A site found accessible receives the Erişilebilirlik Logosu for two years. What the product does: - A scan follows links from a start address within one domain, obeys robots.txt and visits 25 pages by default, up to 200. It runs axe-core 4.10 rules and 23 measurements in a real browser (keyboard traps, Tab order, visible focus, target size, reflow at 320 px, captions on native video, status messages after filtering). - The 41 checklist items carry a question, a WCAG criterion and test steps. The scan answers 20 of them. When AI is turned on, it suggests answers for 18 items. Six of these are among the 20, and AI skips an item that the scan already answered. A person records every answer that AI suggests. AI is off by default and uses a model the customer chooses. - Reports give a 0–100 score with bands A to E, findings grouped by rule with the WCAG criterion, and up to 20 evidence screenshots per scan. They download as PDF, HTML and CSV. - The visitor panel is one script tag (39 KB gzip) with 10 profiles, a reading mask, a text magnifier, contrast repair and a screen reader that uses the browser's voice. It sets no cookie and supports 12 languages. - Deployment: cloud (SaaS), private cloud, or on premises with Docker Compose or Kubernetes. On premises with the default settings, everything stays in the customer's network except the scanner, which connects only to the public sites it scans. AI is off by default. With a model in the customer's network, the page text stays inside. What the product does not do: test PDF documents, sign in to or submit forms on the scanned site, change the customer's code, run the third review stage (testing with disabled users), or guarantee compliance or the Accessibility Logo.
